On behalf of my wife and I, we'd like to welcome you to our dream home away from home in the Great Smoky Mountains. You will be vacationing in one of our 4 Elite Condos located in cabins 154 through 178 in the highly preferred upper elevation of Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort and Water Park. We have been timeshare owners since 2007. Through the years, we have upgraded our ownership from one condo, to two condos, to a condo in the 1000 building, and to three condos. All of the condos were at lower levels and didn't provide much of a mountainside view. We became Platinum Owners in 2020, when we upgraded to our dream location at the mountain top to the 4 Elite Premium/ Grand Deluxe Condos with elevators. This ideal location provides fabulous mountainside views. A stay in this location provides the very best the resort has to offer without having to purchase a timeshare ownership.
We always love staying at our dream home away from home, but we also love sharing our luxury condo with others. We are thrilled that we can take up to 4 luxury weeklong vacations annually at any of Westgate's 24 resorts nationwide or exchange with Interval International and travel worldwide. When we allow guests to rent one of our condos, it offsets our annual HOA fees/property maintenance/taxes and provides additional income.
